Boss Baseball is about player development in all aspects, including strength and speed training, specific baseball skills and elements, and the mental side of athletics. See below to see what kind of development might be offered for you or your player .
HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING PORTFOLIO
Strength and conditioning programs, along with personalized hitting and throwing/arm-care programs using state-of-the-art technology to log and follow productivity, advancement, and development. These portfolios are aimed for high school players looking to develop and play at the next level.

SATURDAY | 9:30 am - 11:00 am
FOUR OPTIONS:
POSITION / 2-WAY PLAYERS: Personalized hitting and throwing/arm-care programs.
$300/month - 2 days/week

PITCHER ONLY PORTFOLIOS: Personalized throwing/arm care programs.
$200/month - 2 days/week

HITTRAX LEAGUES
Want to compete against your friends in a simulated game off the machine? Want to hit bombs at Yankee Stadium and bat flip to victory against your rivals from another high school? Put together a 3-player team (might want to organize 4 players to always have a sub) and square off in an 8-week league, organized by Boss Baseball.

ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSES
Want to develop as a ballplayer and an athlete? Combine your baseball skill training with strength and conditioning training, all at one spot and at one time. These classes are designed to bring the best of Boss Baseball and the best of Boss Sports Performance together for the young ballplayer itching to develop.
ELEMENTARY TIME SLOTS:

MIDDLE SCHOOL TIME SLOTS:

OPTIONS:
$300/month - 2 sessions/week - 4 weeks total

PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS
Want to take your game to the next level? Use our facility and any of our experienced coaches to help you get there. We provide lessons in hitting, pitching, and fielding, including catching. Use our state-of-the-art technology, bring a friend or two, and let's get to work.

Up to 4 players | Session prices reduce by $10/hour/player respectively
