2020 COVID SUMMER TEAMS
We didn’t know what to expect of the summer that the world shut down. We threw together 19U, 16U, and 15U teams and left the rest up to fate. 119 games later - 104 which played in Bend - we all had one of the best and most surreal summers of our lives.

2020 COVID FALL TEAMS
The philosophy of Boss Baseball and Boss Sports Performance is to develop multiple sport athletes. As such, we have never been inclined to run fall teams. However, in the fall of 2020, high school sports were still shut down. In response to that, we ran four fall teams - 18U Blue, 18U Black, 15U Blue, and 15U Black - many of whom are pictured on the left.

2019 INAUGURAL TEAM
In the spring of 2019, a group of players and families decided to take the plunge and tryout for a brand new baseball entity in town. Of course, the Boss name was not new to most of them and certainly not to the community in general. But to take the leap of faith and commit to a summer of baseball spoke highly of their faith in the Boss Sports Performance brand and the individuals leading the charge.
